At Indus Hospitals, we greatly value the emotional support and human connections that family and friends provide during a patient's illness. The presence of loved ones and the moral support they offer can significantly contribute to the patient's recovery process. With these considerations in mind, we have developed visitor guidelines that are friendly and accommodating.
Therefore, we kindly request all individuals to adhere to the following guidelines during the period of inpatient admission to our hospital:
To facilitate a smooth admission process, patients and their attendants are advised to have the following documents on hand:
1. A referral letter from the attending doctor.
2. Health insurance cards, if available.
3. For CGHS patients, please ensure you have your family health card and credit referral letter.
4. A valid government-issued identity document (such as a Passport, Driver’s License, or Aadhar Card).
5. Previous medical health reports.
Our Help Desk is conveniently located opposite the main lobby entrance for your assistance.
We accept admissions 24/7.
All admissions require a deposit slip. We accept payments in cash as well as all major credit/debit cards; however, we do not accept checks.
We recommend that you bring your personal toiletries, clothing, and slippers as the hospital does not provide these items.
For security reasons, we advise against retaining any valuable items such as precious jewelry or carrying large sums of money during your stay in the hospital.
Please be aware that Indus Hospitals cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
In some cases, video counseling may be conducted.
It's important to note that our hospital premises are under surveillance, excluding patient care areas, to ensure the safety and security of all individuals.
