Visitor Guide

Indus hospitals believe in the human relations and emotional support offered by the family and friends while he was sick, the family association and the moral support provided by the members will play a significant role in the process of patient recovery. Considering all these factors the visitor guidelines have been designed in a friendly manner.

Hence the following guidelines have to be followed during the period of inpatient admission in our hospital.

Admission Checklist:

For a smooth admission process, Patients and attendants are requested to carry the following documents:

 

  • Referral letter from your doctor.

  • Health insurance cards if available should carry with him.

  • CGHS patients must carry their family health card and credit referral letter.

  •  A Government-issued identity document (Passport, Driver’s license, Aadhar card).

  • Previous medical health reports.

Admission Guidelines:
  • The Help Desk is located quite opposite the entrance to the main lobby.

  • 24/7 Admissions are accepted.

  • All admissions require a Deposit Slip. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. We do not accept checks.

  • You are requested to carry your own personal toiletries, clothing, and slippers as the hospital do not provide them.

  • You are advised not to retain any precious jewelry, large sums of money, or other valuables during your stay in the hospital.

  • INDUS Hospitals is not responsible for any loss or damage of your items.

  • Video counseling might be taken in some cases.

  • These hospital premises are under surveillance excluding patient care areas.
